Gracie Carrillo is a music educator and conductor dedicated to arts advocacy. She leads ensembles in competitions, workshops, and industry explorations nationwide and internationally. Gracie's experience spans multiple ensembles, grant success, and conducting fellowships, including with the San Francisco Philharmonic and Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra.
Marvin McNew
Marvin McNew is a seasoned music educator, producer, and performer with a Master's in Education and ongoing Ph.D. studies in Music Education. Known for his genre-spanning production work, university teaching, and middle/high school instruction, Marvin combines technical expertise with leadership skills, inspiring students and elevating every project he undertakes.
Brandon Kurzawa
Brandon Kurzawa, founder of Music Notes Academy, has over 24 years of music education experience, holds a B.A. in Music and M.A. in Education, and directs the MAMTG Student Music Festival. A percussionist, he’s recognized for his recording credits and contributions to music education through publications.
Stacey Peterik
Stacey Peterik is the 5th grade band director in Urbana School District #116. She also teaches middle and high school jazz bands and directs the high school marching band. Previously, she taught in Champaign, IL. Stacey holds degrees from the University of Illinois and a Master's from VanderCook College of Music.
Steve Giddings
Steve is a public school music teacher, columnist for the Canadian Music Educator Journal, and author of award-winning books, including "Rock Coach" and "Creative Musicking." Cierra Nicole Gooden
Cierra, an SFSU alumna with a Master's in Music, has led the Music Student Alliance, taught over 300 children, and contributed to E.D.I initiatives. Currently teaching at Antelope Valley College and DNA STUDIOS USA, she has participated in numerous productions and loves mentoring and inspiring future generations.
Gene Baker
Gene V. Baker is a composer blending jazz, contemporary classical, experimental, and popular music. An adept trumpet, piano, and jazz organ performer, he also produces and engineers. With 10 years of band directing experience, Gene is a DMA student at Frost School of Music and has performed at renowned venues worldwide.
Brandon Farmer
Brandon Farmer, a world-class drummer, producer, singer/songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, hails from North Carolina. Known for his versatile rhythmic skills in R&B, jazz, and funk, he has performed with artists like Goapele and Saba. Passionate about music, Brandon continuously seeks opportunities to expand his rhythmic knowledge.
Lisa Dolcy
Lisa Dolcy was born in Jamaica, and her early musical influences range from the local sounds of the Caribbean to music sung by church choirs under her father’s direction. As she grew older and migrated to the United States, this love of music only grew now accompanied with a strong desire to share it with others. She graduated with a B.S. in Music (Vocal Concentration) from Southern Adventist University and a Masters in Music Education (Choral Conducting) from Florida State University.
Brandon Kelley
Brandon Kelley, a seasoned saxophonist and educator, has presented masterclasses at UNT and the North American Saxophone Alliance. He has performed at prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall, and is a faculty member at Dallas College. A winner of multiple music competitions, Brandon blends performance, teaching, and research in his career.
Marc Mangino
Marc studied music at The College of New Jersey and Westminster Choir College, earning his bachelor’s degree in Music Education. A certified Life Coach, Marc has over 20 years of teaching experience in various settings, including high schools, middle schools, and private lessons. He also authors innovative teaching materials and instrumental method books.
