Melynda co-created "Mini Musicians" classes and holds degrees in Music Education and School Leadership. She enjoys family time, nature walks, and singing.

Lisa Dolcy was born in Jamaica, and her early musical influences range from the local sounds of the Caribbean to music sung by church choirs under her father’s direction. As she grew older and migrated to the United States, this love of music only grew now accompanied with a strong desire to share it with others. She graduated with a B.S. in Music (Vocal Concentration) from Southern Adventist University and a Masters in Music Education (Choral Conducting) from Florida State University.

With a Master's degree in Conducting and Music Education from American Band College and a Bachelor's from Central Michigan University, she is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and trauma-informed practices in the classroom.

Michelle Gergich, a flutist and conductor, has over 10 years of experience teaching music to students from ages 3 to adults. She is the Assistant Conductor of the Moorestown Community Band and teaches instrumental music at Mount Laurel's Countryside and Parkway Elementary Schools. Michelle also maintains a private music studio and holds advanced degrees in instrumental conducting and music education from Rutgers University and the University of Minnesota.

Since 2003, New York guitarist and composer Eric DiVito has led his own groups and performed as a sideman in prestigious venues and festivals worldwide. As an educator, he teaches music in public schools and at Dominican College. A recording artist signed with Pioneer Jazz Collective, his albums have received acclaim.

He has a combined span of 19 years in music education with prior teaching experience in instrumental music at the secondary and primary levels. He has completed his master’s degree in music education at Shepherd University and a bachelor’s degree in music education at West Virginia University.
Vincent Du Beau
Vincent S. Du Beau, Director of Bands and Choirs at Delsea Regional High School since 2010, also teaches Music Technology. At Rowan University since 2011, he directs the Concert Band and teaches conducting, music history, and theory. A seasoned conductor, educator, and musician, he's worked with various ensembles, conducted notable performances, presented clinics on wind band programming, and authored for TEMPO Magazine. Additionally, he's heavily involved in music technology education and is a dedicated member of ASCD, NAfME, NJMEA, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.
