The Contest Scope
From June 4-June 30, 2024, the Music Teacher Guild will be welcoming all music educators and studio teachers into the bespoke community: The MTG Commons. In an effort to see how viral we can get in this short of a span, we’ll be offering prizes to individuals who refer the most new members.

Music Teacher Guild Commons Contest Rules
1. Contest Overview The Music Teacher Guild Community Growth Contest (the "Contest") encourages current members to invite their music teacher friends to join the community. By participating, members have the chance to win one of three prizes through a drawing at the end of June.
2. How to Enter
Share the following link with your music teacher friends: https://bit.ly/mtg-founder
Ensure that the invited music teacher friend includes your name in the referral question during sign-up.
3. Eligibility
Only current members of the Music Teacher Guild are eligible to participate as referrers.
New members must be music teachers to qualify as valid referrals.
All participants must be at least 18 years old.
4. Contest Period The Contest begins on June 4, 2024, and ends on June 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time, US-Denver).
5. Prizes
1st Prize: $50 Amazon Gift Card, a Music Teacher Guild Merch Pack, and 3 Mentorship Sessions with Guild Founder, Elisa. (Total Value: Approx. $300)
2nd Prize: $25 Amazon Gift Card and a Music Teacher Guild Merch Pack. (Total Value: Approx. $100)
3rd Prize: $15 Amazon Gift Card and a Music Teacher Guild Merch Pack. (Total Value: Approx. $75)
6. Winner Selection
Each valid referral will count as one entry for the referring member.
At the end of June, all referral entries will be placed into a drawing.
Winners will be randomly selected and announced within one week after the contest ends.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via email within five business days of the drawing.
If a winner does not respond within ten business days of notification, another winner may be selected at the discretion of the Music Teacher Guild.
8. General Conditions
The Music Teacher Guild reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these rules.
The Music Teacher Guild is not responsible for any technical failures or delays that may occur during the entry process.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Music Teacher Guild, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the Contest will be used for the purpose of administering the Contest and notifying winners.
The Music Teacher Guild will not share personal information with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest.
10. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the country/state where the Music Teacher Guild is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Miscellaneous
The Music Teacher Guild reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Guild's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest as determined by the Guild in its sole discretion.
The Music Teacher Guild's decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.
